Return & Exchange Policy
At Jusemi Threads, we design with intention — and we want you to wear every piece with confidence. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and transparent return or exchange process. This policy applies to all purchases made via www.jusemithreads.com.
1. Eligibility Window
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Have original tags intact.
- Be returned in original packaging.
- Be free from stains, damage, perfume, or alterations.
All items are subject to quality inspection upon return. Jusemi Threads reserves the right to reject items that fail inspection.
Size Exchange (Recommended Option)
We strongly encourage size exchanges to ensure the right fit.
- Allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Subject to size availability.
Charges
- No handling fee for size exchange.
Pickup & Shipping
- Reverse pickup is available in most serviceable PIN codes.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable:
- You may self-ship the product.
- Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 upon valid proof.
Once approved and inspected, the replacement size will be dispatched.
Product Exchange (Different Product)
You may exchange your item for another product within 7 days.
- Subject to product availability.
- Items must meet return condition requirements.
Charges
A flat ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies.
If the new product:
- Costs more → Price difference must be paid before dispatch.
- Costs less → Difference will be refunded:
- Prepaid Orders → Original payment method.
- COD Orders → Bank transfer.
Returns (Refunds)
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days.
- Items must meet condition requirements.
Handling Fee
A flat ₹99 return handling fee per order will be deducted from the refundable amount. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed after successful inspection:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (customer must provide correct bank details).
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Partial Returns
Partial returns are allowed for multi-item orders. The ₹99 handling fee applies once per order, not per item.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours.
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will:
- Arrange a replacement (subject to availability), OR
- Issue a full refund (no handling fee applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible:
- Personalized/custom-made products.
- Final sale/clearance items.
- Innerwear, swimwear & hygiene-sensitive products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.

- Reason for request.
- Clear product images.
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
Policy Rights
Jusemi Threads reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that fail inspection.
- Reject misuse of the return policy.
- Modify this policy at any time.
